Display Ads: 12 noon Fridays

Deadline is 12 noon Friday for the following Thursday newspaper. Proofs will be sent electronically using PDF file formats. Proofs are sent by 9 a.m. Monday morning and require approval or changes no later than 11 a.m. Monday morning for the Thursday newspaper.

Newspaper inserts: Reserved by Noon Mondays for Thursday newspaper.

Inserts must be reserved by noon Monday for the Thursday edition. The printed copies of the inserts must be delivered to the Salado Village Voice newspaper office at 213 Mill Creek Dr., Suite #125 no later than 5 p.m. Tuesday for the Thursday edition.

Classified Ads: Noon Mondays for Thursday edition.

Classifieds must be received by Noon Mondays for Thursday edition. Classifieds can be faxed to 254-947-9479 or e-mailed to advertising@saladovillagevoice.com. Classifieds can be delivered to the newspaper office at 213 Mill Creek Dr., Suite #125 or mailed to Salado Village Voice, PO Box 587, Salado, TX 76571.

Classifieds are $5 for the first 15 words, 20 cents for every word thereafter. Classifieds are paid in advance. Accounts for classified ads can be established for regular customers.

Editorial Deadlines: 5 p.m. Friday

Except in emergency and breaking-news situations, the deadline for all editorial submissions (announcements, letters to the editor, obituaries, engagements, birth, club news, etc.) is 5 p.m. Friday.

The Village Guide (B) section and Marketplace (C) sections of the newspaper are sent to the printer on Monday night. The news section (A) is sent to the printer Tuesday afternoon by 2 p.m. In some cases, for emergency announcements and recent obituaries, we can accept information on Tuesday.
